Prestige Park Square has RCC structure with finest kind of materials used which vividly describes the quality prestige group is known for. In this project Vitrified tiles has been used in the Foyer, Living, Dining, Corridors and all Bedrooms, Anti-skid Ceramic Tiles makes Balconies safer, Elegant Ground Floor Lobby Flooring and Cladding in Granite/Marble gives it a glossy appearance, Upper Floors Lobby Flooring in Vitrified Tiles and Lift Cladding in Marble/Granite and all Lobby Walls partly in Texture Paint and Ceiling in OBD. The OBD Paint has also been used on Walls and Ceilings in Service Lobby and Service Staircases.
